We offer guest management services to whoever rents a property in the areas around Ostuni, Cisternino, Ceglie Messapica, Martina Franca, Carovigno and San Vito dei Normanni.

Our services include: Cleaning, Preparation, Meet and greet 24 hours emergency service, Laundry service, and Pool cleaning service. See details below.

Our services are available individually or as a package. In the case of the latter, pool cleaning service and 24 houre emergency service are offered for free.

Cleaning services

Cleaning services include complete cleaning of inside of house (kitchen and all appliances, baths, bedrooms, windows, etc.), sweep and wash floors, dust furniture and shelving, cleaning outside parts of property including barbecue, doors and patio furniture.

Preparation

Preparation consists of different things such as: filling cisterne, if necessary, turning on fridge and Butane Gas Bottle, make up beds, prepare towels, ensure boilers are on and operating, organizing outside furniture such as sun chairs and sun umbrellas.

Meet and greet

Meet and greet includes meeting guests at an agreed location, accompaniment to the property, showing of property and explanation of use of the different appliances, including pool use, if there is one.

This service also includes collection of house keys on departure and checking that there has been no damage to the property.

24 hours emergency service

We offer a service of 24 hours assistance for any problem that might arise at your property. We will deal with the problem immediately, if necessary by calling in a technician such as a plumber of an electrician.

Laundry

We operate a full laundry service. We can collect the dirty linen and towels from your property, take it to the dry cleaners and return it.

Our cleaning staff can also wash your laundry at your property if you have a washing machine, saving you money on dry cleaning.

Pool cleaning service

We offer a pool cleaning service to make sure your pool is ready and clean for your guests arrival. This service is also available during your clients stay should they need an extra cleaning.
